# Going live

Complete the final certification and production readiness steps before enabling merchants to use your Loyalty API integration.

## Certification

All Loyalty API integrations must complete certification with Tyro before production access is enabled.

Certification validates that your integration correctly supports the Loyalty API flows required for production use, including:

- member registration and card linking
- loyalty notifications
- merchant activation flows
- on-terminal loyalty flows (if applicable)


Your integration must successfully complete the required test scenarios and provide supporting evidence to the Tyro team for review.

Before certification, ensure:

- all required test scenarios have been completed successfully
- your webhook endpoints are publicly accessible
- merchant activation flows have been validated (if supported)


Disclaimer
**Please note:** If any changes or additional features are made to your Loyalty API project after certification, you are required to submit them to Tyro for testing and approval.

## Production access

Once certification has been approved, Tyro will:

* issue production credentials
* enable production access for your integration
* support merchant onboarding and activation


Merchant locations must complete activation before loyalty activity can occur.

  - Emails automatically generate a ticket with a unique ticket number.
  - Include the ticket number in the subject line for follow-ups to avoid duplicates.
  - Use a new subject line for new requests to create a separate ticket.
