Version 1.0
This is the first version of the Menu API. It is an end-to-end API that connects Food Ordering Apps with the Point of Sale in the venue so that the menu in the POS can be accessed in real time by the App.
The API offers the following function for the POS:

Synchronise Menu (When the POS receives a
MENU_SYNC_REQUESTEDevent, it pushes a menu to Tyro Connect using this end point - the POS can also push a menu to Tyro Connect in an unsolicited fashion)
The API offers the following function for the App:
- Get Menu (The App can request a menu from the POS in real time - rate limited)
Tyro Connect’s Menu Manager plays a role here in that it can be used to augment the menu to make it more suitable for customer facing environments prior to the App requesting the menu.
