Tyro’s Partner Certification Team supports eCommerce developers integrating the Tyro PAY API. We guide you through the entire process, from scoping and development to certification and production deployment.
Certification Process
To ensure PAY API integrations are secure, reliable, and compliant with payment scheme requirements, Tyro requires all integrations to complete a mandatory Technical Review . Integrations must not be used in a live environment until the Technical Review has been passed. The Technical Review includes tests to validate:
- Functionality
- Performance
- User experience
- Compliance with regulatory and payment scheme standards
Upon successful certification, your integration is onboarded, documented, and supported with clear instructions for our support team to assist mutual clients effectively.
Disclaimer
Please note: If any changes or additional features are made to your PAY API project after certification, you are required to submit them to Tyro for testing and approval. Improper implementation of these changes may result in significant financial impact to merchants.

- Include the ticket number in the subject line for follow-ups to avoid duplicates.
